Rules as established by the Communications Act of 1932 and the New Mexico Open Meetings Act - Gallup Public Radio's board of directors meets on the second Monday of each month, 5:30 until at least 7 p.m., Mountain, in the UNM-Gallup's Zollinger Library Front Conference Room.
